The traditional way in the making
of crystal photo is to mould an ordinary photo in the resin (look like
crystal), which can keep the photo longer. However, this method is already
out-dated because of the low opacity of the resin and non- transparency
of photo. Basically, it is just a resin photo frame, unlike our new product,
crystal photo - true crystal, with higher transparency, saturation and
more sparkling.
Now the production process of crystal photo is more advance. After photo is scanned and printed on transfer paper by printer, then transfer it to the surface of crystal, and it will become a beautiful crystal photo as an ornament. Generally the edge of the crystal needs to be engraved for smoothness.
Now we can eliminate that process in order to save time, working space
and equipment. So the production cost can be lower down and even it
can be done at home. Although second class of crystal is used, but its quality of trans-parency
is as good as first class of crystal, and the cost is very low (around
$4.00 - $40.00 per piece). We trust that this is a potential business
with low costing but big profit. |
